For providers
More context.
A clearer starting point.
We’re designing Nonicate to bring a person’s concerns, relevant records and changes between visits into a useful clinical view. The goal is to support care, not create another disconnected chart.
Help shape the provider experienceOne brief. Distinct sources.
The context behind the concern.
“My afternoons feel different.”
A recent change in energy is affecting the person’s daily routine.
Source · Patient conversationPrevious visit documentation
The original assessment and plan remain available for review.
Source · Imported visit noteA gap to clarify
Current medicine use has not yet been reconciled with the list on file.
Designed around the work of care
Useful context.
Room for judgment.
More information is not automatically more useful. We want the provider experience to make relevant details easier to review, without losing their source or overstating what is known.
A focused starting point.
A concise brief of the concern, patient priorities, relevant history, medicines and recent changes, with the original sources close at hand.
Differences that stay visible.
Patient reports, clinical documentation and AI suggestions clearly distinguished. Missing information and conflicting accounts should remain visible for review.
Room to question and correct.
A workflow that supports independent assessment, requests for information and attributable corrections. An AI summary should not predetermine a clinician’s conclusion.
A plan that stays connected.
Finalized notes, orders, results and follow up returned to the continuing record, with clarity about who is responsible for the next step.
Across the person’s care
Shared with permission.
Clear in its purpose.
Alongside tools for Nonicate’s planned care workflow, we want patients to be able to share relevant information with their existing clinicians. That means clear permissions and useful summaries, not an assumption that every practice uses our software.
Receiving a shared record would not enroll a clinician in a service or create an obligation to monitor data or respond to alerts. Care relationships and follow up responsibilities need to be agreed explicitly.

What would make
this useful in practice?
If you work in healthcare, we’d value your perspective on what information helps, what is often missing and what would create unnecessary work. We’re seeking general feedback as we shape the product.
