Consumer health data privacy

Last updated September 8, 2026.

This separate notice describes Nonicate’s introductory website and waitlist. An email address or interaction with a health-related site can be sensitive even when no diagnosis is requested. Privacy rights depend on the information and applicable law, not simply what we call the service.

Categories, sources and purposes

We collect an email address and affirmative consent from you when you join, plus signup times and limited delivery and preference information generated by the service. Optional promotional consent is stored separately and requires email confirmation. Google processes technical website requests. These interactions can indicate interest in Nonicate; we do not use them to infer a condition, treatment need or diagnosis.

We use the information to maintain the waitlist, communicate availability, deliver separately requested promotions, prevent abuse and honor privacy choices. There is no symptom form, patient account, medical-record upload, precise-location collection or health questionnaire. Please do not submit health information in the email field or in messages to us.

Recipients and retention

Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide hosting, functions and Firestore storage. Google Workspace’s Gmail service provides email delivery and correspondence. Your chosen email provider receives mail addressed to you. We do not sell consumer health data, share it for targeted advertising, build advertising audiences from signup information or use geofences around healthcare facilities.

The signup database is in Google’s US Central region. The same retention and deletion rules apply as in our website privacy notice: signups up to 730 days, pending promotional invitations 30 days, delivery records 90 days, deletion markers 30 days and database recovery copies seven days. Google’s separate service processing and email copies are explained there.

Consent, withdrawal and requests

Joining requires an affirmative choice to collect and use the stated information. Promotions are optional and separate. You can withdraw using the links in our emails or contact jeffrey@nonicate.com for access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, information about recipients or an appeal of a privacy-request decision where applicable. We verify requests proportionately and explain decisions and any applicable exceptions. If you appeal and remain dissatisfied, you may contact the attorney general or privacy authority for your jurisdiction.

Joining does not enroll you in care or authorize collection by a future patient application. We will never sell patient data. Any later healthcare product will require its own appropriate notices, permissions and safeguards.
